Fujiiya

A long-established store that has been making Momiji Manjuu for over 90 years in Miyajima, the place where it was founded. The wisteria-colored koshi-an (sweet red bean paste), which is cooked by peeling the skin off the red beans, is a traditional taste that can be said to be the origin of the product. The ingredients are carefully selected and the craftsmanship is superb.
